Why a blog?
My name is Sarah Corte (Sarah Gellie Corte) and I am the Mother of a beautiful 11 year old boy named Lachlan. We currently live in Victoria, Australia. Lachlan was diagnosed with a brain tumour when he was 5 and 3/4 years old which very much changed our world forever. I’ve created this blog Six Years In as we are now six years into a brain tumour diagnosis. I’m hoping that our experiences, insights, and observations may help someone else who has had their life touched by something similar, and may also help to create a window for others to see in.
